This is pretty spot-on. I don't like social games that much as there's not really anything to keep my attention. I'd like to think my characters aren't very static though, but I can see how they have been at times.

I hate admitting this, but I'm a little lonely these days. I've got so many great things going for me, but I can't help but feel like something is still missing. My best friend has basically ditched me and everyone else for her loser boyfriend, so I basically don't have a social life anymore. My brother is in five different bands + working, so I don't hold that against him for a minute, but I feel like I just don't know anybody anymore.
I'm applying to Rutgers for the fall to major in stage production, so I'm hoping I can make some more friends there. Next summer I want to go to Italy via the ACLE program and teach English. My friend I've had my whole life went last summer and loved it and she recommended I go and give it a try. I don't know - I feel like I've just outgrown the CCC group. They honestly annoy the shit out of me for the most part, and most of my other friends I feel are at that stage where they're all having babies and seeing as I have no interest in that... well, what can ya do?
And even in rp, I feel like I don't talk to everyone as much as I did this time last year, and that makes me kinda eh. You guys are pretty much my only friends I talk to every day right now. And it's not that I don't love everyone, but no one lives near me, so it's a little difficult when I'd love to hang out but you're all across the country or something. :p
Maybe I need a cat.

MAKING PEOPLE HAPPY MAKES ME HAPPY!
We were at the diner, and the table next to us was giving their waitress so much trouble, so we looked at eachother and decided we were going to tip her (on top of tipping our own waiter, who we’re on a first-name basis with :P) just in case they didn’t. We didn’t have much to spare but $5 but we waited until she was free and said “Hey, we heard those people giving you trouble earlier and we felt bad, so we want you to have this! Take it! We’re not taking it back!” and kafgjldfbkl omg we actually made somebody happy. WE MADE SOMEBODY ELSE HAPPY! Her name is Shelly and she said this was maybe her third dinner shift, she’s new to it, and she didn’t understand what she had to do and you can’t fault someone for being new at something. And then she said she wanted to cry and we were like NO DON’T CRY!!! and asked what shift she usually works.
So basically Kay’s and my new goal is to go to the diner for the overnight shift when Shelly is working and become her regulars. OMG IT JUST FEELS SO GOOD THAT WE MADE SOMEBODY ELSE HAPPY!! And it was just $5 but we both felt so bad because we know how terrible some people can treat you when you’re new and we just wanted her to have a good night… :D AND WE MADE HER HAPPY! Omg it just feels fantastic. I’m so happy we were able to do something so simple but we made someone’s night. It seriously feels so good. She gave us hugs and was like “God Bless You, this is the nicest thing anyone’s ever done for me.” And we were just like “It’s cool :D We just didn’t want them to ruin your night!” I feel really good that we were able to do something like that for somebody. This diner is OUR diner and we love everyone there. Kay and I are in there nearly every week, or I’m in with my brother, and it’s so much a part of our lives. We look out for people there. <3

okay! this is like, take eighty billion and seventeen of me trying to stick with a CDJ, but i'm gonna try and keep up with it.
if anyone is curious about where i got rage pelicans from, it goes a little something like this:
my first roommate texted me one day with a picture attached of a drawing of a very angry pelican. i don't remember where she said she got the idea from, but the point was that she had Rage Pelican, Displeased Pelican, Various Other Emotions Pelican and so on and so forth.
now, my brothers and i are basically three parts to the same unit. we are very very close and we have many of the same mannerisms/thought processes and habits etc. neither of my brothers and i can be allowed to have conversations in public because we always end up saying things really loud that only make sense to us and not even our best friends know what in hell we're talking about as we very much have our own language that just NOBODY else gets.
so one day i was out with my brother and i must have gotten frustrated at something and i threw my hands up in the air and shook them wildly and exclaimed "AGHH!! I AM RAGE PELICAN!!"
...and this is why we can't go out in public. and that is how i got my CDJ name. RAGE PELICANS!!!!
